April is Autism Acceptance Month, a dedicated time for raising awareness of autism and promoting acceptance in the community.
Autism is a developmental disability that affects how a person communicates and interacts with the world around them.
Mrs. Howe’s 3rd grade classroom today had the pleasure to hear, Abigail Franco, speak this afternoon on ASD. Abby’s hero of a son, Zeke, was diagnosed at a young age with ASD.
We would like to give Abby a huge round of applause for going above and beyond today.
Knowledge is power.
